Return to Play + Vaccination
As the start of our season approaches, there are many questions about participation and how vaccination will factor into eligibility.
We are monitoring the broader situation regarding guidance from Hockey Canada and the OWHA, and the recent announcement from the City of Hamilton mandating vaccines for their employees. We strongly encourage all players, staff and anyone that might want to visit a rink to get vaccinated if they are able and have not already done so. We will provide more information as we receive it.
Dressing Rooms
Dressing rooms will be available for use.
Rink Protocols
As has become the norm over the past 18 months, all persons entering the arena must follow all City of Hamilton and Province of Ontario health protocols.
These include:
- Upon arrival, provide contact tracing information. All sign ins must include name and phone number.
- Players and coaching staff must complete their Health Check using the RAMP Team App before coming to the arena
- Spectators must use the sign in sheet and provide contact tracing information
- Masks and physical distancing remain mandatory for all - unless you are on the ice.
- If you are not on the ice, maintain physical distancing wherever possible.
- Do not come to the rink if you are sick.
We are counting on all of our players, families and spectators to follow the City of Hamilton rules and protocols.
