Rep Player Registration
REP PLAYER REGISTRATION & REGISTRATION FEES
For this season, Rep fees will be $520 per player for U11 through to U18 and $300 for U9, U22 and Senior. These fees are paid directly to the Flamborough Girls Hockey Association (FGHA) and are reinvested entirely into programming that benefits every player on the ice and off.

22 Off-Ice Strength & Conditioning Sessions with Sports Yard in Waterdown.

Payment Options:
- Our preferred method is by Credit Card through Online Registration system
- Interac e-transfer*
*To pay by e-transfer go online and register and then select “E-Transfer” from the drop down. Send your e-Transfer payment to: payment.fgha@gmail.com and if necessary, use the password Falcons.
For all e-transfers please include in the comment field your player first and last name, division and the coach last name to ensure payment can be applied (Jane Smith, U13, Brown)
REFUND POLICY
The Rep player registration fees are non-refundable.
